Refreshing apple juice recipe made using lemons, apple juice, ginger, and crushed ice.

Ingredients
1tbspginger juice
3tbsplemon juice
3tbspsugar syrup
10-12ice cubes
5-6mint leaves
3/4thcupapple juice
Instructions
Peel and grate ginger, and then squeeze to extract its juice.
Add ice cubes in a mixer jar and blend till ice is crushed.
Add crushed ice in a glass till half the glass is filled with it.
Add lemon juice, ginger juice, and sugar syrup in the glass.
Add apple juice till the glass fills up completely.
Add mint leaves, stir, and serve.
Notes
I used Tropicana no-sugar apple juice. You can use freshly made apple juice if you like. It'll make the lemonade cloudy instead of clear.
Stevia extract is an excellent, healthy alternative to sugar if you want to avoid sugar or it's harmful substitutes like Aspartame. Make sure to buy alcohol-free one.
